- For orders shipped to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, or China, free shipping is available for orders over HK$1,000 (after all discounts). For orders below HK$1,000, shipping fees will be calculated based on weight.
- All orders will be shipped via SF Express and will be processed and delivered within 4-7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- You will be notified via email once your goods are shipped. If you do not receive a notification, your order has not yet been shipped. Please pay attention to the shipping dates or possible delays for pre-order items.
International Shipping Service
Asia Region
- For orders shipped to Japan,Singapore,Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea, and Thailand, free shipping is available for orders over HK$3,000 (after all discounts). For orders below HK$3,000, shipping fees will be calculated based on weight. All overseas orders will be shipped via different courier companies based on regional demand and will be delivered within 10-17 working days (depending on the destination). Please note that packages may be delayed due to customs clearance.
*shipping information for imports to Taiwan must comply with the following regulations;otherwise, import will not be permitted.
*If the shipping origin is mainland China (including Hong Kong and Macau), the recipient's name must be filled out in Chinese.
*The recipient's phone number must comply with Taiwan’s valid phone number format,e.g., 02-8765-4321 or 0912-345-678.
*The recipient's name must match their ID number.
Other Countries
- For orders shipped to the United States, Europe, Canada, and other countries, free shipping is available for orders over HK$6,000 (after all discounts). Fororders below HK$6,000, shipping fees will be calculated based on weight. All overseas orders will be shipped via different courier companies based on regional demand and will be delivered within 10-17 working days (depending onthe destination). Please note that packages may also be delayed due to customs clearance.
Important Notice
Shipping Status
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. Please track your order status using the information provided in the email. For assistance, please email cs@rococo-fashion.com, and we will be happy to help.
Lost / Returned Packages
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Orders will be sent to the address you provided; we will not cover any additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect by the recipient.
Change of Information
- Please ensure your order and shipping information are correct. If you need to change order details (contact information, shipping address, or purchased items), please email us at cs@rococo-fashion.com as soon as possible. Any changes after the items have been shipped will incur additional fees from Hong Kong Post or SF Express.
Product Inventory
- In most cases, whena product displayed on the website is out of stock, a "Sold Out" icon or message will be shown. However, due to inventory changes, you may encounter a situation where an item appears in stock but is actually sold out when you place your order. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible that we cannot fulfill your order, and a refund will be issued to your online store account in the form of shopping credits.
Customs Information
- Your order may require customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond the expected delivery time. When the goods arrive at the destination, local customs will assess the taxes on the package, and you may be responsible for import duties and taxes. All customs clearance fees will be your responsibility. Please check with local customs for details. If you refuse to pay the customs clearance fees, we will deduct all shipping costs from your order upon receiving the returned goods, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your online store account in the form of shopping credits.
