Return and Exchange Notice
- Confirm payment that means you have agreed all of our return conditions.
- In order to strengthen the service quality and simplify the process, we only provide the return and refund method and no exchange service.
- All returns must be calculated within seven days of receiving the goods.
- All returns are made by refunding the store's credit (90 days). If the order does not meet the original offer or discount, the difference will be deducted and the refund will be returned to the customer's store.
- Rococo is only responsible for the courier fee for resending the goods due to bad goods. All other courier fees for return and the return, reshipment duties and other taxes shall be solely the responsibility of the customer.
- Only one return request is accepted per purchase.
- Please log in to your account → order → inquiry → order communication between seller and customer, send a message to contact customer service, and indicate the order number and the product description.
- The customer service will reply and inform the return address. The customer must send the goods to us within 7 days. If the deadline is exceeded, the application should be cancelled.
- After receiving and checking the goods, the customer service will return the store credit to the eShop account for shopping. Guests will receive an email notification and can view it in the member center.
We do not accept returns under any ofthe following circumstances, and we apologize for the inconvenience:
- More than seven days delivery time.
- The product accessories are incomplete, the tag has been cut or launched, and the integrity of the product has not been maintained.
- The product is damaged due to passing (and residual stains, perfume or body odor, etc.).
- Intimate clothing and jewelry products are based on hygiene considerations and are not included in the return service after opening.
- The difference between the positive and negative of the product size measurement and the store label is within 1CM ~ 5CM.
- Special packaging, damaged product accessories or event gifts are not returned with the return package.
- The discounted combination or special offer does not reach the number of discounted combinations after the return. The original price will be restored for the reserved items.
- The return does not reach the threshold of full discounts and gifts at that time. Discounts and gifts must also be returned together with returned goods.
If ROCOCO confirms that the product cannot accept thereturned or non-returned order, it will be returned to you by cash on delivery.If you cannot contact the cancellation, the returned product will only beretained for 1 month (calculated from the date of return). Obsolete, shoppingmoney cannot be returned. Because there are too many uncollected items and morethan one returned item, ROCOCO has the right to restrict the purchase rights.It is recommended that customers are more suitable for shopping in physicalstores to avoid bothering and unpleasantness on both sides.
