Prices shown on the Site are in RMB Dollars Theprice of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on the Site atthe time of placing an order, except in cases of obvious error.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and itemsin your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Customers select their preference items by placing orders withmaking payment via credit card. Courier charges will be automatically computedfor reference.
Our customer service team member will send an order confirmationto customers subsequent days confirm which items are good for available.
Rococo offers products for sale that are in stock and availablefor dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may bewaiting for shipments from our limited edition. You may simply choose toregister your email address for notification of arrival of the selectedmerchandise.
Please be aware that we may be unable to deliverselected merchandise due to production problems or quality check issuesidentified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we willnotify you by email and refund the Payment to your credit/debit card within TEN(10) days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
Order Confirmation
Once the Product is ready fordispatch we will take payment and send you an email summarising the orderdetails and confirming that the Product has been dispatched ("DispatchConfirmation")
The contract between you and Rococo ("Contract") is formed when wesend you the Dispatch Confirmation.
The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we haveconfirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply anyother Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch ofsuch Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
Payment
Thesum due for payment by you is the total amount shown on the order summary thatyou checked prior to pressing the "Submit" button to validate yourorder. The price is repeated again once payment has been made in the ordersummary email sent to you by Rococo.
We acceptthe following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, China Union, Amex , andAliPay.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your paymentdetails. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note thatwe will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure paymentmechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our PrivacyPolicy.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and yourcard will not be debited until the order preparation is finalised.
Intellectual Property Rights
Youruse of the Sites and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to anycopyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and materialrights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below),including Rococo Software and all HTML and other code contained in this Site.All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and relatedintellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protectedby national intellectual property and other laws and international treatyprovisions. Ifyou breach the T&C'S and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled touse our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the T&C'S.
Governing Law
Contracts forthe purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising outof or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (includingnon-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with a Contract or itssubject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) willbe subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
